The location of Albergo Milano 1920 offered stunning views of the lake, making my stay particularly enjoyable. The comfortable beds and great mattress contributed to a good night's sleep. The friendly service from Maria Teresa and Annalisa, who promptly assisted with dinner arrangements, truly enhanced my experience.
The hotel exterior may appear worn down at first glance.

Consider arranging dinner reservations early, as the limited dining options nearby can get busy, and the last bus from Como is quite early.

Incredible lake views from the balcony that truly stand out and make for an unforgettable experience. The beds are comfortable, providing a good night's sleep even without AC, thanks to the fan and open window.
The bathroom situation is awkward. the washbasin sits outside, and the shower had mold around the seal, which definitely needs attention. Constant street noise can be bothersome, especially since soundproofing didn't seem effective. this is noticeable even at night when you expect some peace.

The landlady was helpful, providing us with fantastic coffee after she welcomed us warmly. Our room on the third floor had a magnificent lake view that left us breathless, especially at sunrise. The location was perfect, just a short bus ride to Como and Bellagio

The staff went above and beyond in making arrangements for our dinner, even setting up a lovely table for us.
Public transport was quite unreliable, making it difficult to plan our trips to nearby attractions.

I really enjoyed the host's warm welcome. it felt like visiting a friend. The breathtaking lake view from my room was unforgettable, especially during sunrise. The bed was super comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep. Breakfast was delightful, with some fantastic Italian coffee that set a cheerful tone for the day. However, the traffic noise from the street was pretty noticeable, especially at night when I wanted to relax. Also, the bathroom setup was somewhat awkward, with the washbasin outside the shower, and there were signs of mold that could definitely use some attention. Despite these issues, the stunning views and cozy atmosphere made my stay memorable.

The Double Room with Lake View was cozy and had an amazing view from the balcony! The beds were super comfy, and I slept really well. Cleaning was done every day while we were out, which was nice. Only downsides were the constant noise from the street and a bit of outdated bathroom setup. Still, the view made up for a lot.
